Procurement policies and procedures
The Financing Agreement between the Government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank was ratified by the Parliament of Mongolia on May 23, 2014. In accordance with this Financing Agreement all procurement activities of the Ulaanbaatar Ger Area Investment Support Program shall be carried out following the Asian Development Bank’s procurement procedures and guideline.
'Procurement' section of "The Financing Agreement":
All works and goods to be financed under the Facility will be procured in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2013, as amended from time to time).
All works and goods to be financed under the project will be procured in accordance with the ADB’s Procurement Guidelines
All consulting services to be financed under the project will be procured in accordance with ADB's Guidelines
