Building to be used for business incubator, vocational and training center purpose will be built in Bayankhoshuu and Selbe sub-centers by 2018 within framework of “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” project 1. “Memorandum of Understanding” was signed with Mongolian National Business Incubator Center on 04 April, 2018 in order to coordinate the construction which aimed to develop small and medium sized enterprises at complex level, improve economic competitiveness, develop business incubator center, advertise products and services and create new workplace in most rational way, to benefit business entities and provide citizens who are willing to run new business with professional assistance.
