Meeting to discuss the process of land release and relocation and urgent issues of “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” was held in 14th floor of Khangarid Palace of Capital city dated on 16th November, 2017. Deputy Major of Capital city in charge of Infrastructure and Ger Area Development and Director of Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program P.Bayarkhuu, Project Coordinator D.Avirmed, Head of Capital Citizens’ Representative Meeting and project assistant coordinator D.Munkhjargal, Head of Land Release Department of Capital Land Authority D.Enkhtur, Deputy Head of Capital Land Authority D.Nyamdavaa, Governor of Chingeltei district J.Erdenebat, Governor of Songinokhairkhan district J.Sandagsuren, Deputy Governor of Sukhbaatar district Ts.Shijir and other officials were attended in the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Major of Capital city in charge of Infrastructure and Ger Area Development and Director of Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program P.Bayarkhuu and difficulties encountered in land release process were presented by him for discussion.

As a result of the meeting, it was obliged to set up working group chaired by Deputy Governors of three districts where the project is being implemented and organize the working group to have regular collaboration by the purpose to support land release of the sub-centers. It was decided to collaborate with State Registration Departments of Songinokhairkhan, Chingeltei and Sukhbaatar districts and solve the documentation issues on land release process as soon as possible.

Consequently, action to intensify the land release process was taken to complete the work by 10th of December.
