Director of Asian Development Bank Muhammed Sami Saeed, Representative in Mongolia of Economics and Strategy Department of ADB Declan Magee and Senior Urban Development Specialist Arnaud Hackmann made onsite visit in residential block for 50 units that constructed in “Selbe” sub-center on 12 October, 2017 by the purpose to see implementation process of “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” Tranche 1 funded by ADB and European Investment Bank. Project assistant coordinator D.Munkhjargal and monitoring, evaluation specialist N.Boloroo were received the delegates and organized meeting. Fulfillment of works, information about project outcome and plan of kindergarten building were presented during the meeting. In addition, onsite visit was made in site of Thermal power plant to be constructed in “Selbe” sub-center and meeting was held with management and employees of sub-contractor “Khurd” LLC and discussion was made regarding to capacity of the power plant, benefits of the sub-center for public health, life and urban development. Mr Muhammed Sami Saeed inquired about preliminary works of Tranche 2 of the project and highlighted that it is required to speed up signing in loan agreement during the meeting.
