It was planned to expand and renovate pure water and sewerage pipes within framework of “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” which is being implemented by Capital Governor’s Office by the soft loan of ADB and European Investment Bank. The partnership of “Modern Khas” LLC and “Mongol management center” LLC was selected for the tender to expand pipes to f400 mm from Food Store No.72 to Central collector near School No.14 and the parties signed in agreement on 16 October, 2017. Capacity of pure water and sewerage pipes of sub-center to be established in the area will be increased drastically as a result of the expansion work.
