The partnership of Nabsan LLC, Terguun Invest LLC and Tegsh Plant LLC was selected in the International open tender which announced by “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” funded by soft loan of Asian Development Bank and European Investment Bank and the parties signed in the agreement on 14 September, 2017.
