The partnership of Khurd LLC and “Shinshiang Gongshen Boiler” LLC of China was selected in the International Open Tender which announced by “Urban Services and Ger areas development investment program” funded by soft loan of Asian Development Bank and European Investment Bank and the parties signed in the agreement on 06 July, 2017.

The agreement has terms and conditions to hand over key and the sub-contractor will complete the construction work of thermal power plant with 26.8 MWt capacity which equipped with environmentally friendly and modern advanced technology by 2019. Totally 27 unit areas were involved in the location to construct thermal power plant and citizens were released their land within short term and supported the construction work.
