A solicitation document will be provided when interested bidder sends a request letter along with the paid fee following the posting of the specific procurement notices.
When Request for Expressions of Interest for the consulting service assignment is posted, interested consultants shall obtain the detailed information related to the assignment only through the ADB’s Consultant Management System /CMS/ and the submission will follow using the standard Express of Interest template.
